Effect: Choose one character within your zone. That character may immediately perform the Shake It Off activity as a free action. The target gains favour on the roll if you consume one use of a medical kit, but suffers slight if you do not have a medical kit equipped at all. You must have one free hand to perform this activity.

Restriction: A character can only be the target of Treat a Condition once per turn.
