The character spends an hour catching their breath and focusing themselves. They recover an amount of Stamina based on their class's Recovery value.

A multiclassed character uses the highest Recovery value among their classes. However, a character receives the Berserker's Recovery value only if at least half of their base class levels are Berserker levels. Prestige class levels are not considered when determining this requirement.

Note that ancestry or class features may adjust your character's Recovery value.
