You name a specific thing, or type of thing, you wish to search for, and roll+your spellcasting attribute. You suffer slight to the roll if you are searching for a specific thing. If you are searching for a type of thing, then choose a tag associated with that thing, and you will detect the closest item that possesses this tag within the range of the spell.

• Complete Success: You determine the zone in which the item can be found, or else you know that the item cannot be found in range.
• Success: Choose either the direction or the distance to the item in question; you learn that piece of information, or that the item in question cannot be found in range.
• Partial Success: You determine if the item in question can be found in range or not, but do not receive direction or distance.
• Failure: You get no information on the item.
• Complete Failure: You get no information on the item, and you must choose a Bad Thing from your class list.
