• Complete Success: You gain three Success Points towards completing your staff.
• Success: You gain two Success Points towards completing your staff.
• Partial Success: You gain one Success Point towards completing your staff.
• Failure: You gain no Success Points towards completing your staff.
• Complete Failure: You gain one Failure Point towards completing your staff.

When you accumulate ten Success Points, or twelve Success Points if the staff is also your Focus, then your staff is finished. If you accumulate five Failure Points, you have managed to ruin your staff and wasted the raw materials.
