Take Bed Rest

You spend an entire day in bed, recovering from injury or disease. When you take bed rest, you must Eat a Meal, or you gain no benefit from this activity. (This is in addition to becoming Hungry).

During the course of bed rest, you Recover Stamina once as a free action.

Roll+BOD. If you do not have access to a medical professional (or a cleric), you suffer slight to this roll. The result of this roll will give you a number of Good Things.

• Complete Success: You gain five Good Things.
• Success: You gain four Good Things.
• Partial Success: You gain three Good Things.
• Failure: You gain two Good Things.
• Complete Failure: You gain one Good Thing.

• You may Recover Stamina again.
• You recover one point of Injury.
• A disease from which you suffer is reduced one step in severity. You may only select this Good Thing twice, and it counts as two Good Things to select it the second time (a total of three Good Things).
