You are trained to throw weapons, such as spears, throwing knives, hurlbats or javelins.  More importantly, you are trained to be able to ready such weapons quickly.  At the start of your turn, if you have a free hand, you may ready a weapon with the Thrown tag from your inventory or from the environment as a free action.  When you [[ironbound:rules:activities:hurl_a_weapon|Hurl A Weapon]] at a foe, add the following to your list of Good Things:
  * You may ready a weapon with the Thrown tag from your inventory as a free action.
