====== Craft a Wand ======

You spend an hour of your Rest time working on a wand.  You must have already invested the raw materials into the wand, to ensure that you have the correct wand wood and core.  **Roll+EDU**.
  * **Complete Success**:  You gain three Success Points towards crafting the wand.
  * **Success**:  You gain two Success Points towards crafting the wand.
  * **Partial Success**:  You gain one Success Point towards crafting the wand.
  * **Failure**:  You gain no Success Points.
  * **Complete Failure**:  You gain one Failure Point.  If you accumulate three Failure Points, the wand is ruined.
