Frighten a Foe
You use a terrifying display of prowess, a blood-curdling shout, or a cold, predatory stare to break an opponent's spirit.
**Roll+CHA**. You gain favour if you have recently dealt significant damage to the target or an ally they can see. You suffer slight if the target is significantly larger than you.
* **Complete Success**: Your presence is overwhelming. The target becomes ironbound:conditions:Panicked.
* **Success**: The target is shaken. They become ironbound:conditions:Frightened.
* **Partial Success**: The target is unsettled and becomes ironbound:conditions:Frightened, but you have overextended your posturing. Choose one Bad Thing from the list below.
* **Failure**: The target is unimpressed by your display.
* **Complete Failure**: Your attempt is seen as pathetic or desperate. You suffer slight on all Charisma Rolls against this target until the end of the current encounter.
