+Strike water was 70\[de]C.  Dropped to 68\[de]C after adding the grains.  Kept it between 65\[de] and 70\[de] throughout a one-hour mash---mostly between 65\[de]C and 67\[de]C.
+Specific Gravity before fermenting is 1.039.
+Batch turned sour.  I suspect I didn't sterilize hard enough.  Had to dump it.  Oh well.  Live and learn.
