Lore requires characters to focus their expertise on a specific subject, such as arcane magic, ancient civilizations, herbalism, or legendary creatures. Choose a specialty for your Lore skill. Outside your specialty, you suffer slight when attempting to use Lore. When you upgrade your Lore skill, you may choose to add another specialty, rather than investing a training rank.
