The Arcana skill delves into the mysteries of magic and the occult. A well-honed knowledge of lore allows you to decipher ancient texts, identify magical objects and creatures, and understand the workings of spells. With a successful Arcana check, you might recall a forgotten ritual to counter a magical curse, recognize the glowing runes etched on a mysterious artifact, or even glean a weakness in your opponent's magical defenses. The deeper your understanding of the arcane, the more effectively you can navigate the wonders and perils of a world infused with magic.

Aside from using it to Recall Information, Arcana is also the Spellcasting skill for the Mage.
