This extraordinary spell allows you to cease the flow of time entirely. All creatures around you are frozen in time. You may continue to act, but doing so is very hard on your system.

The Time Stop persists so long as you continue to take actions. When you finish taking actions, the spell ends, all of your actions are resolved at once, and you are forced to end your turn. You cannot take any action that would allow you to recover any Æther (or Inspiration, if you are a Bard).

For every action that you take while under Time Stop, you suffer one hit point of Vital damage, bypassing any protections that you might have, due to the extreme toll this spell takes on your body.
