You place yourself, and a number of willing creatures adjacent to yourself, outside the time stream. You must decide how long you wish to put the creatures outside the time stream. For five minutes or less, Casting this Spell is a Complex Action; for more than five minutes, Casting this Spell is a four-minute Ritual. All creatures being affected must be equally affected; you cannot place characters outside the time stream for differing durations with a single cast.
A creature placed outside the time stream cannot be interacted with in any way. When the spell ends, they reappear exactly where they were, relative to any frame of reference you wish. You could, for example, make a specific coin the frame of reference, carry it into a location, and wait for the spell to end; the characters placed outside the time stream would then appear exactly where they were, relative to that coin.
The duration of the spell affects the difficulty in casting it, as described in the table below.
Duration | Penalty |

Less than five minutes | None |
Up to an hour | -1 |
Up to a day | -2 |
