The caster of this spell gains temporary stamina equal to five times their level. However, if any member of the caster's Convocation is struck for damage, the caster may choose to allow them to use this pool of temporary stamina as if it were their own.

The spell ends if all the temporary stamina is depleted, or at the end of the caster's next turn.
