You re-work the layers of probability around you, allowing you to influence many events. You may only Cast this Spell if your dice reserve is currently empty.

Roll two ten-sided dice per Level, and place them in your dice reserve. Whenever any creature that you can sense makes a Skill check and has either favour or slight on the dice, you may, as a free action, place one die from your reserve on the table as one of their additional dice rolled for favour or slight.

This spell ends when your dice reserve is empty.
