This divination ritual allows you to determine the location of any one object—either a specific object, or the nearest object of a type that you pick. Make a Spellcasting skill check against a TN determined by the table below:

†You are searching for the nearest item of a type specified (“a spear”), not a specific item (“the spear of the hero Gylax”).
- Success: You learn the direction and distance to the item.
- Failure: You learn the direction to the item.
