You bind the fates of two creatures together. When either of the creatures makes a skill check, and if your dice reserve is empty, once that skill check is resolved, pick up the dice and place them in your dice reserve.

The next time that the other target creature makes a skill check, place two reserved dice on the table, as though that creature had rolled those dice. Note that additional dice due to favour and slight will still be rolled by that creature.

So long as your dice reserve is empty, you may invoke this spell whenever either of the linked creatures makes a skill check.
