This spell allows individuals to share their unique powers. Every member of the Convocation may select another member of the Convocation. The members of the Convocation gain the General feature, Hybrid Training, with their selected Convocation member's as the class for which they gain their Hybrid feature. A character who already has Hybrid Training still gains this ability. If the Hybrid partner is a spellcaster, you gain the same spells to which they have access.
Sir Roland casts Empowered Link. He chooses Kioni as his Hybrid partner, and gains the Hybrid Ranger features of Hunter's Mark and Focus.
Kioni chooses Aria as her Hybrid partner, and gains the ability to cast Mage spells, as well as Aria's enormous library of spells. Of course, as a Mage, she must immediately Prepare Spells.
Aria chooses Aurelia as her Hybrid partner, and gains her Savant Gnosis and Intuitive Defences.
