• Success: The target takes 1d8 Lightning damage.
• Failure: The target takes 3d8 Lightning damage and is Stunned until the end of their next turn.

When you Sustain this Spell, you may choose a new target, provided it is within twenty meters of yourself. The rain will persist after the spell ends.
