You can transfer harm and pain between two creatures. Any creature that is to be affected by the spell must be touched by you, and must be willing to undergo the ritual. You may be one of the targets. The two creatures become bonded through this spell, sharing each others' pain.

While the spell persists, either creature may, provided both are willing, transfer stamina, recoveries or hit points of damage, or the Agonized condition, between themselves as they see fit. This is done at the fastest possible speed—if a condition is transferred before it takes effect, the creature that lost it is not affected at all.

The spell lasts until either bonded creature, or the caster, Takes a Long Rest.
