The power of the storms is a frightful one, but also one that comes with several limitations. Most of these spells can only be used out of doors, and most of them set into motion effects that are difficult to end. The storm cares not for who is allied with whom; it will affect all creatures equally, and almost never to their benefit. It is a powerful, capricious and impartially destructive force.
