This Concoction employs magical plants and fungi that allows it to repair almost any Condition. It is available as an Elixir or a Salve. When taken, it will allow the user to make one saving throw for each Condition that they currently suffer from, that a saving throw could reduce or end. These saving throws are made as soon as the Concoction takes effect (the beginning of the imbiber's next turn for an Elixir, or the end of the user's next turn for a Salve), and are made as free actions.

Increased Complexity: At Complexity 4, the Panacea grants favour on all saving throws it grants.
