The Antitoxin Concoction serves as a powerful remedy against various poisons, toxins, and venom, offering relief to those afflicted by such debilitating ailments. This Concoction can be brewed as an Elixir, consumed orally, or a Salve, applied topically, both equally effective in countering the effects of poison.

When this Concoction takes effect, the user may make a saving throw as a free action, with favour, to achieve one of the following effects:

• End the Poisoned condition, freeing themselves from the grip of the poison and its debilitating effects.
• Remove a die of Ongoing Poison damage, lessening the continuous harm inflicted by the toxic substance.

Oddly, the Antitoxin Concoction is itself toxic! If taken when the user has neither the Poisoned Condition nor any Ongoing Poison damage, it will inflict 1d4 Ongoing Poison damage on the user. And the Antitoxin cannot counter itself, so the user will have to treat this condition in another fashion.
