Warrior
“In battle, precision is just as lethal as power. A true warrior knows that victory is not measured by the strength of their blows, but by the accuracy of their strikes and the resilience of their defense.”
The Warrior stands resolute, a bulwark against the encroaching darkness. Clad in gleaming plate or weathered leather, they are a living testament to unwavering defense and righteous fury. Unlike the roguish duelist or the spell-slinging mage, the Warrior finds glory not in flashy maneuvers or arcane pronouncements, but in the thunderous clash of steel and the unwavering protection of their companions.
These are the first to meet the enemy's charge, their heavy shields deflecting blows meant for their more fragile allies. Their strikes, honed through years of relentless training, are as devastating as they are precise. They wield a variety of weapons, from the swift bite of a short sword to the earth-shattering swing of a two-handed axe, each chosen for a specific battlefield role.
But a Warrior is more than just a walking arsenal. They are the embodiment of courage and resilience. They inspire their allies with defiant roars and lead by unwavering example. Their unwavering focus allows them to identify weaknesses in an enemy's attack, exploit openings, and punish those who dare threaten their comrades. Theirs is a path of unwavering dedication, where every wound becomes a badge of honor, a testament to battles fought and allies protected.

Blade Finesse
If using a weapon with the Blades skill, add your Agility to your damage in place of your Body.
Combat Style
Choose one of the following styles and apply it to your character.
Colossus
Warriors who choose the Colossus Combat Style are towering behemoths clad in heavy armor, but remaining surprisingly nimble despite the mass of their defence. You are trained to use shields. When you wear a suit of armour, consider that armour's Maximum Agility to be one higher.
Sentinel
This Combat Style represents the stalwart guardians who stand at the forefront of battle, wielding a weapon in one hand and a shield in the other. You become trained in shields, and may Raise a Shield as a quick action on your turn.
Vanguard
The Vanguard chooses heavier weapons rather than heavier defences. They believe that the best defence is to slay your enemy before they can harm you. When a Vanguard wields a weapon in two hands, they may re-roll any damage dice that come up showing a one or two. If the weapon is Brutal, re-roll any damage dice that come up showing a one, two or three.
Defensive Mark
Those who would ignore you do so only at their own peril. Once per turn when you attack a foe, you may choose to Mark that foe as a quick action. This Mark persists until the end of your next turn, or until you again Mark a foe. If the foe that you Marked makes an attack that does not include you among its targets, that attack suffers slight on the attack roll.
Hybrid Warriors
When you choose Warrior as your Hybrid class, you gain their Defensive Mark and their Combat Style features.
Warrior Features
As with most classes, when you select the Warrior as your class during character creation, choose one Heroic feature from the list below and add it to your character.
