As a one-second action, you may apply a dose of poison to any one weapon. This gives that weapon three uses of poison. Whenever you attack a foe with that weapon, one dose of poison is used up.

If you successfully hit a foe with the weapon, they take 1d6 Ongoing Poison damage. So long as they are taking that Ongoing damage, they are also Poisoned.
