You offer a target to your foe, then parry his strike so that it lands on another enemy. When a foe attacks you, you may spend one Panache and use your Reaction to roll Deception vs. the foe's Foresight defence.

• Success: The foe's attack instead is made against another foe that is adjacent to you.
• Failure: The attack is still made against you, but if it hits, you may reduce the damage by your Charisma score.
