In a moment of calculated restraint, you channel the ferocity of your rage to bolster your resilience in the face of adversity. As a quick action, you lose all of your accumulated Rage. For each point of Rage you lose, choose one of the following options:

• End the Enfeebled, Grabbed or Slowed condition.
• Make a saving throw to end the Charmed, Dazed, Dominated, Frightened or Immobilized condition.
• Gain temporary stamina equal to your Body plus your level.

Temporary stamina gained by use of this ability are totalled before being applied. You cannot attempt to save against any single condition more than once per activation of this ability.
