Upgrade Your Character
Time Required: 1 hour

Requires: Expend Milestones equal to four plus your level
You spend an hour reflecting on what you've learned, and develop your abilities to a greater degree. Select an upgrade, according to the usual rules for such. If you have expended any Prestige, you regain one point of expended Prestige for each category expended.
You may only Upgrade Your Character once per twenty-four hour period. You must Take a Long Rest or Take Downtime in order to Upgrade Your Character.
With four fresh shiny Milestones available, Kioni decides it's well past time to get some decent armour. The one thing holding her back from doing so is her low Body score. She chooses to Upgrade her Character during the party's next Long Rest, and selects the Attribute improvement. She places one in her Body, bringing it up to +1, and one in her Foresight—her lack of such has also caused her some problems.
