Stabilize an Ally
Time Required: 5 seconds
Skill: Medicine
You attempt to bandage a fallen comrade's wounds, to prevent them from dying. Roll Medicine vs a TN equal to the number of hit points of damage your ally has taken.
- Success: The ally need not make a Survival saving throw at the end of the combat.
- Failure: The ally must still make a Survival saving throw at the end of the combat. You can try again, unless either of the dice on your roll came up showing a one.
Eldrin has collapsed of his wounds, and Aurelia steps forward to Stabilize her Ally. Eldrin has taken eleven points of damage, so this is Aurelia's TN on her Medicine check. Luckily, as a former healer, Aurelia is quite good at Medicine, and rolls a 17. Eldrin is stable, and is in no risk of dying at the moment.
