Two Weapon Fighting
Pool: Combat
Tier: Initiate
Usage: Passive
You have trained to fight with a weapon in each hand. When you perform a Flurry, if you have a weapon in each hand, you may make one additional attack with your off-hand weapon.
Design Notes: A character wielding two weapons cannot have a Heavy weapon in their primary hand, and must have a Light weapon in their off hand.
