Twin Weapon Mastery

Usage: Passive
Replaces: Off-Hand Assault
Your speed with your paired weapons has become remarkable. When you Flurry, you may make three attacks with your primary weapon, and two attacks with your off-hand weapon. You may divide your attacks among three targets, if you wish, but should you choose to do so, you take a -3 penalty to all three attacks.
Special: When wielding two weapons, you off-hand weapon must be a Light weapon, and your primary weapon cannot be a Heavy weapon.
