You are able to easily keep track of more than one foe at a time. If you are attacking two or more individuals as part of a Flurry, reduce the penalty you take to your attacks by one step.

Design Notes: This reduces the penalty for attacking two different targets to the same as attacking a single target, and if the character has Twin Weapon Mastery, reduces the penalty for attacking three different targets to -2.
