Known Weaknesses

Usage: Action, 1 second
Requires: Trained in Knowledge


You've made a point of trying to memorize every foe's weaknesses. On your turn, you may attempt to recall a given foe's greatest weakness. Choose a foe that you can see, and make a Knowledge skill check.

  • Complete Success: You recall the foe's greatest weakness, and pass the information on to your allies. All attacks against that particular foe increase their damage multipliers by one for the rest of the combat.
  • Success: You recall the foe's greatest weakness, but are unable to articulate it to your allies. Your attacks against that particular foe increase their damage multipliers by one for the rest of the combat.
  • Partial Success*: You spot a particular weakness, but one that you can only take advantage of once Your next attack against that particular foe, that is at least a Partial Success, increases its damage multiplier by one. * Failure: You cannot remember anything about this particular foe. * Complete Failure: You misremember a fact, and misinform your allies! The next attack made against that particular foe, that is at least a Partial Success, decreases its damage multiplier by one.

    Special: You cannot use this ability on the same foe more than once in a single encounter.
