Your strikes have become a blur of motion. When you Flurry, you may make three attacks with your primary weapon, and three attacks with your off-hand weapon. All attacks are made as part of the same Flurry and are subject to all penalties and targeting restrictions that apply to the other attacks. You may divide your attacks among three targets, if you wish, but should you choose to do so, you take a -3 penalty to all three attacks.

Special: When wielding two weapons, you off-hand weapon must be a Light weapon, and your primary weapon cannot be a Heavy weapon.
