This property may only be added to a Light or Medium Two-Handed Melee weapon.

The weapon features a grip at roughly the center of mass of the weapon, such as one might find on a spear. When held by this center grip, the wielder may use the weapon in one hand instead of two, but they reduce the damage inflicted by three.

Switching between the normal two-handed grip and the center grip requires an action that takes 1 second.
