The dragon's power flows through your veins, enhancing your physical prowess. You gain a +1 bonus to Strength checks and Strength-based skill checks. Additionally, you gain a +2 bonus to damage with melee weapons and unarmed combat. Note that this does not increase Strength itself, so it does not affect your stamina.

Corrupted: The dragon’s blood strengthens you even further. Your bonus to Strength checks and Strength-based skill checks increases to +2. The bonus to damage also increases to +4. Roll 1d6+9 on the Draconic Corruption table.
