Success inspires success. When the Orc Warlord hits a target, they may spend one Power. If they do so, another Orc that is adjacent to the target just struck may make a melee basic attack against that target as a free action.
Tactical Orders
Rather than taking action themselves, the Orc Warlord can direct their allies in battle. As a simple action, the Orc Warlord may expend one Power and choose any of their Orcus allies, and allow that Orc to make a basic melee attack as a free action.
The leaders of the Orcus favour heavy bearded axes and star-shaped shields that advertise their rank. Though skilled combatants in their own right, and remarkably resilient even compared to their fellows, their ability to direct their allies is what sets them apart as a grave threat.
