Natural Weapons

The foe has natural physical weapons. Choose any two from the list below. A foe that has this trait does not provoke attacks of opportunity with their physical attacks.

Arm Blades

Large blades attached to the forelimbs of the foe allow it to slash for d6 Slashing damage.

Bite

The foe can bite for d6 Blunt damage.

Claws

The foe's arms or forelegs end in sharp claws of one form or another. The foe's Unarmed Combat attacks gain a +1 bonus with these weapons, which inflict d4 Slashing damage.

Horn

A sharp pair of horns or set of antlers, normally found on the head, can inflict d4 Impaling damage, but also ignore the first point of Resistance to Impaling damage the target has.

Stinger

Normally mounted on a tail, this can inflict d6 Poison damage.

Tail Slap

Though this attack carries a -1 penalty to Unarmed Combat skill checks, it has Reach, and inflicts d6 Blunt damage, or d6 Piercing damage if it carries a spike.

Tentacle

This flexible appendage can slap for d4 Blunt damage, but it also has Reach.

Wing Claws

Large claws at the knuckle of the wings, if the foe has such, allow it to stab for d6 Impaling damage.

Sole Natural Weapon

If the foe has only a single natural weapon, choose one of the following:

  • Increase the die size of that weapon one step.
  • The foe gains a +2 bonus to attack rolls with that weapon.
