Yeasts

SafAle K-97
German ale strain, works clean up to 24–25 °C. Slightly fruity, good for Kölsch-like or pale ales.

SafAle BE-256 (Abbaye)
Belgian abbey strain, works from 18–28 °C. Fruity, estery, handles higher alcohol well.

Omega Lutra Kveik (not always available dry, but sometimes is)
Ferments extremely clean even at 30–35 °C. Good substitute for US-05 in heat.

Lallemand Voss Kveik
Can ferment clean at 35–40 °C. Orange-citrus esters if warmer, surprisingly clean if cooler.
