Intent: Irish red ale.
Grain Bill
- 2250g 2-row barley malt.
- 450g Munich malt.
- 450g Caramel malt (60L).
Process
Sterilized everything the night before. Mashed at 66°C for 60 minutes. Rested the mash for 30 minutes. Added 300g of brown sugar and started the boil. Added the hops 30 minutes after the boil started, boiled for another 30 minutes.
