Intent: Irish red ale.

Grain Bill

  • 2250g 2-row barley malt.
  • 450g Munich malt.
  • 450g Caramel malt (60L).

Process

Sterilized everything the night before. Mashed at 66°C for 60 minutes. Rested the mash for 30 minutes. Added 300g of brown sugar and started the boil.
