Grain Bill
- 1350g Viking Pale malt.
- 900g Oat malt.
- 450g Chocolate malt.
Process
Strike water 75°C. This proved too hot; the mash never cooled properly. Resulting wort was not sufficiently sweet. The yeast starved to death.
