Phantasmagoria

You draw the nightmares of your foes to the surface. These nightmares are overlaid over everything that the foe sees, interfering with anything they might attempt to do. Every foe that enters or begins their turn within the area of this spell suffers the following issues.

• All squares into which the foe attempts to enter are considered difficult terrain.
• All skill checks that the foe attempts suffer slight.
• Saving throws made to avoid (though not end) an effect suffer slight.
