This powerful spell allows its target to shake off many physical ailments. At the beginning of their turn, the target may make a saving throw as a free action against any one of the following conditions: Blinded, Dazzled, Enfeebled, Poisoned, Slowed. If they are Poisoned, they do not suffer slight to Body saving throws.
Choosing any of these conditions does not prevent the target from attempting to Shake Off the same condition, nor does it limit their attempts to save against the condition at the end of their turn. This synergy allows the target to potentially attempt up to four saving throws against the same condition (one at the start of their turn, two Shake Off attempts, and one at the end of their turn).
