Dark Whispers

You implant a sense of dread into the target. Choose a target, and a subject of this implanted fear. The subject of the fear must be visible to the target, or the spell cannot be cast. The target must make a Charisma saving throw against your Spellcasting skill TN.

• Success: The target is Frightened of the subject until the end of their next turn.
• Failure: The target is Panicked by the subject until the end of their next turn. When this Panicked condition ends, the target then becomes Frightened of the subject (save ends). If, at the start of the target's turn, they cannot see the subject, the condition ends.
