Call Lightning

You call a bolt of lightning from the heavens to strike your foe. This spell must be cast outside, and it will begin to rain as you Cast this Spell. The target makes an Agility saving throw vs. your Spellcasting skill TN.

• Success: The target takes 1d8 Lightning damage.
• Failure: The target takes 3d8 Lightning damage and is Stunned until the end of their next turn.

When you Sustain this Spell, you may choose a new target, provided it is within twenty meters of yourself. The rain will persist after the spell ends.
