You create a link between your mind and that of your target. While this link is in effect, you gain the following benefits:

• You may communicate silently with the subject, regardless of distance or obstacles.
• You may employ the subject's skills when you Recall Information, and they may do the same with your skills.
• You, or the subject, may attempt to Shake Off any of the following conditions on the other's behalf: Charmed, Confused, Dazed, Dominated, Frightened, Panicked, Stunned.
