Your time sense is perfect. The benefits of this are minor, but as the spell is passive, they are always in effect.
You are always aware of the passage of time, and barring loss of consciousness, always know exactly how long it's been since a given event that you witnessed.
You take favour on any skill check or saving throw in which careful timing is key. Note that this doesn't include those where perfect timing is merely helpful. Moving through a corridor full of oscillating blades would require perfect timing; dodging a sword thrust does not.
You can sense when the flow of time is being manipulated, by making a Perception check.
