This is a paste that reduces the effect of fire damage. The user has Fire Resistance 1. When twenty points of damage or more have been absorbed, the effects end. Additional applications do not stack, but they do refresh the amount of damage the Concoction can absorb. This Concoction is only available as a Salve.
Increased Complexity: The Resistance granted by the Soothing Balm is equal to the Complexity level of its formula, and the amount of damage it can absorb before failing is equal to ten times its Complexity level.
