Flash Bomb

This Bomb produces a brilliant flash of light when detonated. However, its effects are concentrated within a few meters.

• Primary Effect: Foresight Save vs TN 14 or be Blinded (save ends).
• Splash Effect: Foresight Save vs TN 11 or be Blinded (save ends).

This is one of the few Concoctions that improves as your skills improve. Add your skill bonus in Crafting to the Save TNs above.
